Going through my own friend/watch list, I have lots of big inspiration. And while I try to tell most of you through my comments on your works, sometimes, I don't think you really get how much of an inspiration you really are to me. Sooo... here we go.
- I pretty much fell in love with their art the moment I looked at it. The subjects are so fascinating and intriguing. And even the style of the human faces are extremely unique. <3 But more than anything, I adore the colors. They're both so cool and warm at the same time. And that neon cyan blue just really catches my eye. u v u It's all extremely gorgeous and meaningful. Not only do I wish that I could one day also create such character designs as well, but also be able to envision color schemes like this. I just ADORE the versatility of her works. Every picture speaks it's own individual story. From the happy, bright, nostalgic narrative to the mature and darker portraits, everything is just lovely. ;o; More than anything, I want to be able to draw those super mature and elegant women like you do. The eyes, noses, profiles, and lips are stunning and I am so envious. ;u;/ What I love most about their art is the compositions and the color schemes. ;o; All the pictures just seem to glow and really draws me in. >u< And maybe it's just that we like to draw similar things or whatever, but I really love the way they portray stars/clouds. In fact, I wish my own clouds could look as good as theirs. =u= /rolls I want my art to glow like hers. x) Here, again, is another example of an artist whose versatile gallery has captured my heart. u v u I really adore her unique style of drawing hands and faces. And she's extremely experimental as can be seen from these few 3 pieces I've featured. I wish that I too could be so good at everything! x'D I admire the emotion, the depth, the style, the ... I don't even know, everything. I wish I could do everything like them. x'D! I even wnat to learn how to draw bikes like them. ;u; Thank you for sharing your art with us. ♥ Meeting you sparked an interest of digital painting. That pretty much sums it up. Because of you, I started integrating less lineart and deeper shading! And more detail! I also adore the way you draw chibis. They're so cute and yet... mature? LOL, it's hard to explain. I just love the way you shade and draw lines in sketches, I suppose is what I'm trying to say. C: And then, because of you and your tumblr, I've also picked up an interest in incorporating more geometric shapes into my works. :'D So all in all, I'm super grateful I got to meet you! Thank you! I think everyone knows. u v u I just want to be able to achieve that level of realism with my painting the way you do so flawlessly. <3 A brief glance at her gallery and I think you'll agree that it's near impossible to find a piece that isn't dedicated to someone's birthday. I swear, this girl's entire gallery is nothing but birthday/greeting cards. u v u Which is exactly why they are so amazing. How can anyone be so philanthropic and selfless. ; - ; I wish that one day I could be as generous and kind as you. ;u; Miffy's concepts are surreal and surrealistically portrayed. I wish that I could just see the world the way she does because dang, must it be gorgeous! I love the vintage-eques feel of the picture. And the way you draws girls is truly beautiful. ;u;/ I wish that my art too can achieve this level of perfection. ; - ; I could never fully understand this little lady's art, but I have always stared in dumbfound awe, that's for sure! Her imaginative surreality captivates me and I'm addicted. Her style is unlike any other I've seen before and that use of colors/bubbles/lights really warms my heart. It is because of art like her's that I've begun to make further strides into incorporating more colors into my own works. <3 I am so jealous of this person's work. They have an fantastic style for eyes/hands/face/nose. Everything I don't have. =u= I love the way she paints and her choice of color palettes. Her shading is so soft and sharp at the same time! Why can't I paint like that... why..... orz Beautiful gorgeous painting style. T U T I love that her girls can be both mature and innocent. x) ♥ And those colors... pastel heaven! It's amazing how light the colors are yet how deep the shading can be from such a palette. o D o <3 More than anything, I wish I could learn how to paint hair and clothing like her! Haha, what to say. You and I both know that you've been my major art inspiration for the longest time. Of everyone I've met, I think you pushed me the hardest with my art (without you ever knowing it). Besides learning anatomy from you, you pretty much taught me never to settle less than best. I remember that one collab we did together for Sen and Arrow and how many times you re-drew the pose to get the composition right. Prior to seeing that, it never occurred to me that a person had to evaluate all the possible poses for best compositioning. /facepalm Because of you, I started experimenting with poses and crazy perspectives I would have never tried. Because of you, I started drawing poses without references. I pretty much owe everything to you. I don't think that the above thumbs are an appropriate representation of Shwii's art. Having seen more traditional works and the range of mediums she works with, it's truly mind blowing. Again, I present to you an artist who is truly good at everything. I want to tradition like her, I want to realism like her, I want to storyboard like her, and everything. Shwii, your imagination is beautiful and beyond anything my mind is capable of. Therefore, I sincerely appreciate that you share your art with me, in that you pour a bit of your wonderland into my little world. ♥
Hahah, this turned out TL;DR. But I truly appreciate everything that everyone has done for my art. Thank you for providing the inspiration for me to push forward! And thank you for sharing your art with everyone! ♥
